Elijah holds a unique place in scripture as a great prophet, maybe because he didn’t die but God took him to heaven escorted by fiery chariots! He was a fearless reformer, he rebuked kings, he was mighty in prayer, he was prone to discouragement and he was divinely honored by God. The books of 1 and 2 Kings report 7 miracles through Elijah. We can learn much from him about trusting God and results of being persistent in prayer. Join us for a four week study on Mondays in June beginning at 7pm in the Loft. Cost is $10 per person. Childcare is available.
