New Life is a gospel-centered church, and the gospel is never passive. It compels us to action. Because Jesus defeated sin and death through His cross and resurrection, we are called to proclaim His victory and expand His Kingdom—not just within our walls, but in our communities, our cities, and beyond.
That is why New Life will always be an active, strategic, and multiplying church. We don’t exist to maintain. We exist to make a difference. The gospel isn’t just something we believe—it’s a mission we live.
With that in mind, our leadership has spent time seeking God’s direction for the years ahead. We don’t want to drift—we want to advance. The truth is, if you aim for nothing, you’ll hit it every time. So, we asked the Lord: “Where do YOU want us to focus? How do YOU want to use us for maximum Kingdom impact over the next 7 years?”
And He answered. Introducing Kingdom Impact 2032. This is not just a vision statement—it’s a battle plan for our church. Over the next seven years, we are committed to seeing:
Impact 1
700 lives transformed through baptism
Impact 2
Our reach expand to 5 total campuses
Impact 3
A lasting impact in the lives of vulnerable children through orphan care
This is our mandate.
Our mission.
Our moment.
This is Kingdom Impact 2032.
FAQ
Why have a vision like this? What’s the point?
In short, the point is to aim. Every gospel-centered church wants to “make disciples” and join Jesus’ mission to “seek and save the lost.” But when this truly becomes our internal DNA, it leads to external vision. The gospel compels us to act.
We believe God has sovereignly placed New Life Church where it is, when it is, and with its unique makeup of people to accomplish specific assignments that He’s uniquely designed us for. In other words, He has fashioned us like an arrow and is aiming us at certain targets. We’re convinced that our impact for His Kingdom will be maximized when we partner with Him in this way.
Additionally, having a measurable, time-specific vision fuels action, sparks creativity, and provides accountability. All of this makes us better stewards of what God has given us as a church.
Who decided? How did they decide?
New Life Church is ultimately led by a group of elders who oversee the direction of church-wide ministries. However, this vision was shaped by a collaborative process involving the Lead Team, pastors, elders, and directors of New Life.
• In Summer 2024, the Elders began focusing their meetings exclusively on seeking God’s direction for a 7-year vision.
• Pastors and directors dedicated an entire 3-day retreat to praying over this vision.
• Multiple meetings, prayer gatherings, and discussions followed to ensure alignment with our identity as a Gospel-Centered Church.
• At every turn, we asked: “Does this vision line up with who we are?” and “God, is this what YOU want us focused on?”

What is going to change practically?
You may not notice drastic changes the first Sunday after we roll out Kingdom Impact 2032, and that’s intentional. This vision isn’t about making sudden, jarring shifts—it’s about aligning everything we do with the mission God has given us for the next seven years. While our Sunday services will largely remain the same, behind the scenes, every ministry and initiative will be assessed through the lens of this vision. We will be prioritizing resources—time, money, leadership focus—toward these three key areas: reaching the lost, multiplying campuses, and orphan care.
This means that, over time:
• Ministries and events that directly align with these three priorities will be strengthened.
• Some existing programs may evolve, merge, or be phased out if they don’t significantly contribute to the Kingdom Impact 2032 mission.
• New initiatives will emerge—some small and immediate, others larger and long-term—to maximize impact in evangelism, church multiplication, and orphan care.
Our budget and staffing will be intentionally adjusted to reflect this focus, ensuring we are stewarding our resources effectively. Think of this vision like a compass, not a wrecking ball. It’s not about tearing down what exists—it’s about making sure everything we do is moving in the direction God is calling us. For more on this general idea, see the article at enewlife.com/TheWiseNo.
Reach The Lost
God has called us to be His ambassadors—not just spectators of His grace, but active participants in His mission. Through Jesus, we have been reconciled to God, and now we carry that same message of reconciliation to a world in desperate need of Him.
Every baptism represents a life transformed, a person moving from death to life, and a public declaration that Jesus is Lord. We believe that seeing 700 people take that step of faith is not just a number—it’s 700 stories of redemption, 700 families impacted, and 700 souls stepping into their God-given purpose.
Reaching the lost is not optional. It is the heartbeat of the Church and the core of Jesus’ mission. We will pray fervently, share boldly, invite relentlessly, and celebrate every soul that comes home.
Multiply
The Church was never meant to stay in one place. From the moment Jesus commissioned His followers, multiplication was the plan. The early Church didn’t just grow—it multiplied. It expanded into new cities, reached new people groups, and planted new churches, all through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Multiplication is not optional—it is a mandate and a privilege. We get to partner with God in expanding His Kingdom, not just by adding numbers but by raising up disciples, equipping leaders, and launching new campuses.
By 2032, we believe God is calling us to multiply into 5 total campuses, including at least one language-based campus to reach those in our community who do not speak English as their first language. The gospel transcends every barrier—language, culture, and geography—so our mission must as well.
New Life Church will never settle for comfort or stagnation. We will keep planting, keep sending, and keep multiplying until every person has had the opportunity to encounter Jesus.
Rescue the fatherless
Adoption is at the heart of the gospel. Every one of us was once a spiritual orphan, lost in sin and separated from God. Yet in His mercy, God rescued us, adopted us into His family, and called us His children. Psalm 68:5 declares that God is “Father to the fatherless.” As His Church, we now reflect His heart by stepping into the lives of vulnerable children who need family, love, and hope.
The need is urgent. Across our state and nation, thousands of children are without stable, loving homes—some caught in cycles of crisis, others waiting for a family to call their own. As a church, we are compelled by the gospel to act. That’s why we are launching an Orphan Care Ministry that will focus on three key areas:
- Prevention – We will partner with My Village Ministries to intervene before children enter the foster system, offering support and stability to at-risk families.
- Fostering – We will work with the State of Ohio to train and support Christ-centered families who can provide temporary homes for children in crisis.
- Adoption – We will actively advocate for orphans, equipping families within our church to bring children into permanent, Jesus-centered homes.
But this isn’t just for a few—it’s for all of us. Everyone has a role to play. Whether it’s fostering, adopting, mentoring, providing respite care, donating resources, or simply praying and encouraging those who do, every person in our church family can be part of this mission.
We don’t do this because it’s a cause. We do it because it’s our calling—because we, too, were once lost and have been found. Just as God has adopted us into His family, we will step into the lives of the fatherless, offering them the love, stability, and belonging that every child deserves.
