These remarkable women, the wives of patriarchs like Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and Judah, each harbored their own dreams, goals, and ambitions. Often, their desires aligned with God’s promises to their husbands and descendants. Yet, waiting on God proved challenging for them. At times, they took matters into their own hands, attempting to advance God’s plans through their actions. But here’s the beautiful twist: God, in His infinite wisdom, transformed their missteps, hurt, turmoil, and deceit into part of His grand design. He does the same for us! Even when we forge ahead with our own plowing, God’s merciful nature shines through, weaving our imperfect efforts into His greater purpose.
