Awake! Prepare Your Mind for Action

Friday, April 5, 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

April 5 & 6 (registration deadline March 27) $25 per person

Deborah was a judge in Israel (Judges 4 and 5). She had many other roles including wife, warrior, prophetess, songwriter, intercessor, military strategist, confidante and friend. Our world is changing rapidly. How do I stand firm in my faith? Is God calling me to a higher purpose? The people cried, “Awake, awake, Deborah!” and she arose as a mother in Israel. She is a great example of a woman who girded up her loins and trusted God for the outcome.

Join us April 5 and 6 with main speakers Ruth Edmonds, Christian Engagement Ambassador at Center for Christian Virtue and Ursula Kemp, Director, Prayer for Columbus

Sessions include:

Awake! What Time is It?

What is next on God’s prophetic clock? Let’s look to God to show us how to think about ourselves as we face what is coming with boldness and confidence.

Awake! What Are You Called to Do?

God has work for us to do as part of His great plans for this world. In John 14:12, Jesus tells us that “anyone who believes in me will do the same works I have done, and even greater works, because I am going to be with the Father.”

Awake! Pray and Fast!

Daniel, Nehemiah, Anna, Hannah, Paul and church leaders all prayed and sacrificed their food to spend time bringing their request with great fervency to the Lord.

Awake! How Shall You Do It?

By preparing our minds for action, and being sober-minded, setting our hope fully on the grace that will be brought to us at the revelation of Jesus Christ.
